How the Partnership Began
When Medical Licensure Group (MLG) first came to us in late 2019, their goal was to refresh their website and modernize their digital presence. As our conversations unfolded, it became clear that MLG needed a stronger brand foundation before launching a new site.
Together, we created a visual identity and logo system that elevated the MLG acronym while keeping focus on the word Licensure. The result positioned them as modern, credible, and approachable, exactly what their audience needed them to be.
Our Continuing Strategy for MLG
Once the brand launched, our teams continued to collaborate on their digital growth. We built and managed a paid search campaign in early 2020, just as the world was changing. When many businesses pulled back, MLG stayed the course. That decision helped them reach physicians nationwide who suddenly needed multi-state licensure to support telehealth.
From there, our work expanded into SEO and content development. We created a full library of state-by-state licensing pages to help a Florida-based company rank organically across the country. That effort solidified MLG’s national presence and helped them stay ahead of competitors for years.
Later, as their social presence became a priority, we helped MLG establish a consistent brand voice and creative systems. We designed the foundation and they’ve been able to continue sharing their story. While their focus has shifted more toward internal culture and employee engagement, the framework we built together enabled them to take ownership of their channels.
How We Work with MLG Today
Our partnership with MLG continues to evolve through both marketing and development. We manage their paid search campaigns, helping them maintain visibility and consistent lead flow while balancing growth with operational capacity.
On the development side, we’re reimagining their digital experience to better support their expanding business. This includes a redesigned homepage built to highlight new services and an upcoming customer portal that will centralize client communication and simplify the licensing process.
