When Thomas J. Ueberschaer, P.A. first reached out, the brief was simple: “Fix what the last guys broke and get me to #1.” Tom found us on Google. Why Tom Called Us

Tom’s site had problems. He knew it, but wasn’t ready to rebuild, so we worked within what was there. We rebuilt the technical strategy, optimized content, and launched SEO that made the site perform. That included tightening up tracking, improving crawlability, boosting site speed, and making sure he was ADA compliant. By fall 2021, we had his SEO kicked off and Google Search Ads running. And it worked. Real leads. Real cases. Right out of the gate.

Tom used to be known in Pensacola for his famous front-cover phone book magnets. People kept them for years. Their fridges looked like collector displays. Strangers would stop him in grocery store lines and ask if he was that guy. That strategy really worked. For a long time. The magnets are still out there—and more than once, he’s considered bringing them back. But by 2021, while the magnets were off the plan, the print ads weren’t. He was still in the actual, physical phone book. And that was just one of several legacy media buys still hanging on.

Letting go of the old playbook wasn’t easy. Those ads built name recognition and community trust. But Tom was willing to test, and once results started coming in, the shift picked up speed.

He gave us more room to work. One billboard at a time. One ad at a time. That momentum led to Programmatic—unlocking smarter targeting across streaming placements, digital billboards, and more. It expanded his reach while keeping his budget tight and focused.

We now manage a multi-channel media plan for Tom. Programmatic, Search, TV, Outdoor, Display, and SEO. We also help manage the overall budget across media we do not even place. Since 2021, we’ve helped lower his spend, increase quality leads, and build a smarter media plan that supports real growth.
