MEET THE TEAM

The Right People in the Right Seats

The secret of Lucid isn’t a secret: it’s who we hire. Most companies bring people in for what they know and overlook who they are. We flip that. We hire for who they are first—people with a strong sense of responsibility, genuinely good to be around, and wired to do the right thing. Skill matters, but it’s not enough. Great teams run on trust, chemistry, and people who show up like we would if we were the client.

What that means for you is simple: you’ll work with people who listen, communicate, and stay ahead of what’s next. Things move faster, smoother, and with fewer surprises. And you can focus on getting great work, not chasing it.

How It All Started (The Short Version)

We opened Lucid's doors in 2006 with a simple mission: help businesses grow. What began as a local shop quickly expanded into a full-service agency with clients across the country. Nearly two decades later, we’re still guided by the same focus—delivering work that drives results and building a team that makes it happen. It’s part of why clients stay, why our people stick around, and why the best work has just begun.

Work from Anywhere, but We'll See You Wednesday

We take the work seriously, but not ourselves. Around here, you’ll find steak cook-offs, bridge walks, hockey games, and dive bar bingo—you know, the kind of Christmas parties people actually look forward to. Add to that a supportive team, meaningful projects, and clients who value what we do, and you’ve got a place where people grow. We can work from anywhere, but on Wednesdays we all hump it into the office—because sometimes great ideas (and bad jokes) really do happen best face-to-face.
